Have you seen this trendy new pattern ???? I am in love with it! Chevron can be used on everything ... candles, chairs, and even phone cases. So many designers have chosen to use this as the pattern of the few of my favorite ways to incorporate this oh so trendy pattern into your big day :
- As your invites: this pattern is so bold , use this pattern to match your colors.. traditional chevron is black and white but you can do anything you just have to think outside the box.
- As decal on your cake... this pattern on a solid white cake will totally take it to the next level.
- As a table runner.... again simple table cloth Bold Runner!!!
- Place Cards : use this pattern and incorporate pattern to your cards but then use a solid color ascent to really make it pop.

Halloween Wedding
Love can be beautiful .... and it can be scary !!!! this edition of our blog is all about Halloween weddings. I know its not your typical wedding theme but it is one none the less. So here we go... a Halloween wedding has the same components as a fall wedding ... just a little more dark and mysterious. So are you bold enough to do have a Halloween wedding if so read on ....
So you are still reading so that means that you are bold and "scary " enough to have a Halloween wedding well here is where you need to start . Weddings are brought to life by décor and design ... so maybe you want to have a traditional wedding and then a themed reception... some great décor items are black candelabras, dark red and dark purple table linens and as an added touch added spider webs to everything... I don't know about you but spider webs gives me the hebbie jebbies!
or maybe for you reception you only want some dark components like a spooky cocktail or a haunted photo booth or maybe a cake that looks like it came straight from Tim Burtons " a nightmare before Christmas " and as an added touch make the cake red velvet so that when you cut into it , it looks like that its bleeding ... spooky right ????
first dances are my favorite part of weddings....its like quiet time for the bride and groom...but at a Halloween wedding its like scary time for the guest. how spooked would you guest be if you came out for your first dance wearing these mask... here's a tip have the dj cut out the lights and then you appear you are wearing these spooooooookkkkyyyyy masks....

Engagement's are to be celebrated ....and photographed !!!!! Engagement session are becoming more and more common amongst todays couples. Couples want people to see their love in a new way...and photos are the way to do that . Theme #2 : Rep Your City !!!!! do you and your fiancé love a sport team ? well this theme is for you ...get a jersey or team memorabilia ..and rep your city.... here is a tip see if you can take pictures in or around your teams stadium... this added touch will really set your pictures apart.
Theme # 3 : Mug Shot!!!! this theme is hilarious.... no need to worry about looks for this one , the messier the better. So here is what you need to do mess up your hair , misbutton your shirt and basically look a mess. and don't forget to add a catchy saying like "convicted of love "
Theme # 4 : Scrabble dabble Love !!!! one of my favorite past times with my husband is playing scrabble. This theme is so much fun....throughout your shoot incorporate the scrabble pieces.. my favorite is letters LOVE ...but the added touch is that the engagement ring is the "O".
Theme # 5 : Glam Bam Thank You Mam!!! Sometimes I like getting all dolled up and looking flawless! this is one of my favorite themes ... because you get to play dress up. so here's what you do , get your hair and makeup down professional ( this is another way to test out vendors for your big day ) and for your attire choose something very classy and very sexy and be sure to have the groom in a suit and tie. These pictures are going to be perfect to celebrate your engagement !
