Money Money Money !!!!! When people first get word of your wedding or special event they always say "let me know if you need anything" or " how can I help". Well once you develop a budget and plan let me people know how they can contribute . People always acts funny about money but if they are offering you need to be excepting.  Wedding etiquette says that ....
  the brides family pays for :
• The groom’s wedding ring
• Gifts for the bridesmaids
• Bridesmaid bouquets
• Reception flowers
Invitation / Announcements
• Napkins or other printed items
• Wedding programs
• Altar baskets or carpet
• Rented items for reception and wedding
• Musician/pianist or soloist/orchestra/band
• Reception hall fee including professional services offered at the hall
• The photographer and video recording
• Wedding cake and wedding favors
• Bridesmaid luncheon
• Bridal brunch
• Wedding breakfast
• Accommodation for guests coming from afar
• Formal wear for the bride’s father
• Church or hall decorations
• The bride’s wedding dress

the grooms family pays for :


• The clergyman-pastor /priest
• Bride’s wedding ring
• Gifts for groomsmen, best man and ushers
• Marriage license
• Ties, gloves and other accessories
• Bride’s bouquet
• Corsages for the groom’s mother, the bride’s mother
• Wedding gift for the bride
• Gifts for the groomsmen
• The rehearsal dinner
• Formal wear for the groom’s father
• Limousine or any other vehicle they might choose to use
• Honeymoon
• Bridal flowers
Please note that f you ask someone or their children to be a part of your wedding they must know that they need to have the necessaryu funds to do so !
